Is Dunorlan Park dogging central? That’s the question being posed in the Lets Go Dogging members area this weekend, as pranksters altered the picnic hotspots name in Google maps.
Beautiful Dunorlan Park, in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, is known for its monkey puzzles, rhododendrons and pretty boating lake.
Sean Matthews, a transport supervisor at S & S Distribution in Tonbridge, said: “We were using Google Maps to route some of our vehicles and it was just in passing that we spotted it.
Dogging – for the uninitiated – is described by the Oxford English Dictionary as “the practice of watching or engaging in exhibitionist sexual activity in a public place, typically a car park.”
